Mick Caffrey
Michael settled in Buckinghamshire with his family during his career with the Royal Air Force. For the past eight years he has owned and operated a small business in the shape of a public house in Great Kimble. Prior to this he had a broad range of experience working in both the private and public sectors, including management of environmental schemes in London and the provision of services in Local RAF bases.
The new Bucks Unitary Council will present great opportunities and Michael believes that the Conservative Party is the best party to realise them.
Paul Irwin
It has been an absolute honour to represent the Stone and Waddesdon Ward for the last Severn Years. I am proud to represent the area I was born, work and have a long family history going back centuries. Both my Children have been educated at local schools and benefited from the local clubs and organisations. My wife Anna runs a childcare business and enjoys some of the excellent under 5 groups locally.
We have many challenges ahead of us with the Environment, HS2, over development, overcrowding of schools, Traffic increases and HGVS. I believe my Experience will help the area and keep the area one to be proud of. In my time as a Councillor I have been Deputy Cabinet Member for Transportation at BCC for 5 years and Cabinet Member for the Environment and leisure at AVDC for the last 18months. I also work in my family business in Waddesdon and chairman of the Bernwode bus and Waddesdon Cricket Club.
